RPS and Whitmuir HR to work in partnership

RPS today announced that it has signed an agreement with Whitmuir HR (a consultancy company specialising in job performance evaluation), to jointly market the ProFile software system.
The ProFile system was developed by RPS to record the outcomes of the job evaluation process and to allow detailed analysis of the performance data. The system is currently in use with a number of organisations, including the Scottish Parliament. The two companies have been working together for over 5 years, and the product has now reached a level of maturity such that it can deal with evaluation exercises in some of the most challenging environments.
